29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Employees re-roofing the house at 1910 W. Ryan St., North, Wichita, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 7 inches to the ground below in that no fall protection was used on the 5 in 12 pitch roof. Arturo Galvin was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 500698, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1622 W. 13th St., North, Wichita, Kansas.
