29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: On or about October 23, 2012 and prior thereto, the employer had not developed a written Exposure Control Plan (ECP) for therapy employees with occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infections materials (OPIM) working at a fixed work location at Little River Nursing & Rehabilitation located at 162 Hwy 32-2A, Ashdown, Arkansas. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of contracting bloodborne diseases.
