Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    At a jobsite in Rockford, Illinois employee conducting roofing work on a flat commercial roof approximately 28 feet above grade were not utilizing any method of fall protection.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirement s of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
