29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    This violation occurred on October 18, 2012, at a work place located at 5585 Lincoln Park Drive, Dallas, TX; employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards to the lower level and were not protected by the use of a personal fall arrest system or safety net system.
