29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Plant, Thermoforming Machine #6 - The metallic flexible spiral conduit was broken in two parts, and the internal conductors were exposed to damage. b) Plant, Nifty Department - The metallic flexible spiral conduit under the Carpet Shear machine was broken in several parts, and the internal conductors were exposed to damage. c) Plant, Nifty Department - The power cord for the foot switch connected to the Carpet Shear machine was damaged. The outer jacket was broken in proximity of the strain relief device, and the internal conductors were exposed to damage. d) Plant, Hard Tooling Department - The power cord for the 10 1/4 in. diameter Milwaukee circular saw (S.N. 607D607221090) was damaged. The outer jacket was cut, and was covered with electrical tape.
