29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) 500 Expansion Blvd, Northwest Corner - On or about October 18, 2012, a portable fire extinguisher mounted for use was blocked by a stack of wooden boards, exposing employees to potential fire hazards. b) 500 Expansion Blvd, Northwest Corner - On or about October 18, 2012, a portable fire extinguisher mounted for use was in between two stacks of wire coils that were stacked three rolls high, exposing employees to potential fire hazards. c) 500 Expansion Blvd, East Drive-In Door - On or about October 18, 2012, a portable fire extinguisher mounted for use just inside of the bulk propane storage tank was blocked by a pile of steel rods and debris, exposing employees to potential fire hazards.
