29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.    (a). Workiste located at 8729 5th Street, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from materials and equipment overhead and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6):     Scaffolds shall be designed by a qualified person and shall be constructed and loaded in accordance with that design. Non-mandatory Appendix A to this subpart contains examples of criteria that will enable an employer to comply with paragraph (a) of this section.    (a). Worksite located at 8729 5th Street, Blue Springs, Missouri- An employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the platform the employee was utilizing was not designed by a qualified person.

Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold.     (a). Worksite located 8729 5th Street, Blue Springs, Missouri- An employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the employee was on a platform without any guardrailing.
