The tanks were located in the employee parking area.

No. 10A-1970: a) Jobsite, Patton Wind Farm, 861 Main Street, Patton, PA: On or before 10/17/12, the portable fire extinguishers located in the yard area were not periodically inspected. An Amerex Model A 411 portable fire extinguisher was completely discharged.
