29 CFR 1926.51(a)(1): An adequate supply of potable water was not provided in all places of employment:  On or about October 19, 2012, employees were installing form scaffolding for pouring concrete foundations without an adequate supply of potable water, exposing employees to the hazard of dehydration and heat stress.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that an adequate supply of potable water is provided in all places of employment.

Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that eye and face protective equipment is used.

On or about October 19, 2012, employees were working at the construction site using quick saws and grinders for cutting rebar and the fire extinguishers on the JLG all-terrain forklifts were not immediately replaced when discharged, exposing employees to the hazard of burns.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that fire extinguishers are replaced when discharged.
