29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(v): Dispensing was not by approved pump or self-closing faucet: a. On or about October 22, 2012, employees in the warehouse were dispensing Nova N266, a class II combustible liquid, from a 55-gallon drum that did not have a self-closing valve or approved pump, exposing the employees to a fire hazard.
