Cleaning-Rinse Area/Tank #123 - On or about October 24, 2012, the employer's written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product such as sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid. Employees were thereby potentially exposed to the hazards associated with these chemicals.
