Time Weighted Average (TWA), the employer did not establish an effective hearing protection program.

29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: Employees working with chemicals that can irritate the skin, were not required to wear protective gloves. (1) Near the spraying booth the employee was wiping down (cleaning) fixtures mold with a solution containing Thrimethylbenzene without wearing protective gloves(2) Employee conducting spraying operation was not using gloves to protect him from skin injuries. (3) Employee working in the mixing area was not using gloves to protect him from skin injuries.
