29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about October 22, 2012, east side of the construction site, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while engaged in cornice work from a pump jack scaffold on a residential construction site.
