29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Absecon Mobile Home Park, 236 East Absecon Boulevard, Absecon, NJ 08201: On or about October 18, 2012, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roof work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 11.5ft. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
