29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing points: a. Jobsite: The ingoing nip point between the conveyor belt and the drum was not adequately guarded near the adjusting rod, on both sides of the McCloskey Brothers Portable Trommel 512RG, Serial # 12075, allowing an employee to sustain an injury to their arm. b. Jobsite: The guarding on the upper conveyor belt area, on both sides of the McCloskey Brothers Portable Trommel 512RG, Serial # 12075, was not adequate in that it could be removed while the machine was running.
