Ft. Lauderdale Beach Blvd Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305, a scaffold that was not fully planked was being used by employees to apply metal siding to the front of a commercial structure, exposing employees to the hazard of falling approximately 13.3 feet to the ground.

On or about 10-19-2012 at 219 S Ft Lauderdale Beach Blvd Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305, Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13.3 feet to ground level while applying metal siding to the front of a commercial structure from a scaffold that was lacking adequate guardrails.
