29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2)(xvii):     Warning labels and decals originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer or otherwise required under this standard: Missing or unreadable.    a)	On or about October 18, 2012; on the west side of the jobsite, employees were allowed to operate a mobile crane (Manitowoc-4100, S/N-41663) without ensuring that the (control) decals originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer were in place and readable.    b)	On or about October 18, 2012; on the west side of the jobsite, employees were allowed to operate a mobile crane (Manitowoc-999, S/N-9991031) without ensuring that the exterior warning decals originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer were in place and readable.
