29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):     All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.    a)  Die cutting machine areas and bailing area; On or about October 23, 2012 and at time prior thereto the employer exposed employees to explosion and fire hazards in that employees were allowed to work in areas where a class II combustible dust had accumulated on overhead pipes, equipment, and other exposed upper surfaces exceeding 1/4 inch in depth in some areas.    International Paper Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312525272, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 4278 Mike Padgett Highway Augusta, GA 30906.
