29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):     A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use.    Jobsite: 519 Wheeler's Farm Road, Orange CT. - The employer did not develop a wriiten respirator program for his employees to use and reference when either a 3M P100 elastomeric or a 3M N95 particulate filtering facepiece respirator was required to be worn when performing cleanup duties.

Jobsite: 519 Wheeler's Farm Road, Orange, CT. - The employer did not base the selection of the 3M P100 elastomeric respirator and the 3M N95 8511 particulate filtering respirator on the specific respiratory hazards that his workers were exposed to when performing cleanup of the interior contents of the old home.
