This condition exposed employees working in the area to potential electrical shock hazards.    (c) Facility, Labeler Area, New Kensington, PA:  On or about 10/23/12 the flexible cord on the motor controls for the Sonic Air System blower did not have strain relief exposing the conductors.  This condition exposed employees working in the area to potential electrical shock hazards.
