The roof measured approximately twenty-five feet from the ground to eve with a 10/12 pitch.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Jobsite - 1306 Summit Drive, White Oak, PA: On or about October 23, 2012 two employees were observed performing roofing work with no means of fall protection on a residential roof that measured approximately twenty-five feet from ground to eve with a 10/12 pitch. The employer had not provided fall protection training to these exposed employees.
