29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) North Side of Building - A scaffold worker, erecting a tubular welded frame scaffold on the outside of an six story apartment building, was not provided with fall protection (where fall protections was determined to be feasible) and exposed to a 50 foot fall, on or about 10/18/2012.
