29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 4710 Mermaid Blvd, Wilmington, DE The employees were working on a residential roof, approximately 10 feet and 20 feet above the ground without the use of any PFAS, exposing the employees to a fall hazard. The roof had a 4:12 pitch. This violation was observed on or about September 25, 2012.
