(a) Location - Andover Road, Billerica, MA: On or about 10/24/12, employees were not protected from falling while working from an elevated work surface (roof) greater than six feet above a lower level. Glennco Construction Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501 (b) (1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313796419, Citation Number 01, Item Number 3b Issued 4/13/12 with respect to workplace located at Foster Street, Boston, MA 02135. The final order date for the citation was on 5/7/10.
