29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    a) SUNY Binghamton East Campus Dormitories Phase IV Building 8, 5th floor - On or about 23 OCtober, 2012 - Employees were using a metal chop saw that was mounted on metal frame scaffolding that had a damaged cord which did not provide strain relief. Employees were exposed to an electrical burn hazard.
