29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Imua Landscaping Co., Inc. at the worksite located at the Honolulu Hale Civic Center grounds: The employer failed to assure that a personal fall arrest system was used by employees who performed tree trimming operations from aerial lifts. Employees performing work in this condition were exposed to an approximate 15-25 ft. fall hazard. No additional abatement information is needed for this item.
