29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Luis De-Lara Hernandez at 688 Dakota Way, Windsor, CO 80550: On October 23, 2012 the employer, did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 6 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to at least approximately 10 feet.
