29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Interstate Construction at 572 Dakota Way, Windsor, CO 80550: On October 23, 2012 the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in construction activities on a wood frame residential construction without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazards of approximately 18 and 21 feet.
