29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary. Scrapers, spuds, or other such tools used for cleaning purposes were not of nonsparking material:    (a)  The spray area had an accumulation of paint residue.  The scraper used to clean the spray area was metal and not made of nonsparking material.
