29 CFR 1910.23(a)(5): Every pit and floor opening was not adequately guarded by standard railing or any other effected means. a) At the establishment, two oil change pits 4 feet deep were not guarded to prevent employees from a 4 ft. fall hazard. The oil change pits are used to provide technicians access to the under carriage of vehicles being serviced.
