29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. 1. In the production area, on the west wall, there was a 110/220 volt electrical panel box used as a junction box with a large unused opening located inside of the box. Employees are exposed to physical contact with live parts.
