29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F):     Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension:    (a) 1 Brace Rd., Cherry Hill: Temporary lights within the construction project installed and maintained by Meridian Electrical Associates were noted to be suspended only by their electric cords and attached to the ceiling's open web joists via bare metal wire, thus creating a shock hazard to employees.  Observed on or about 10/25/12     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
