29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b) of this section, each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination: (a) 1200 Walnut Bottom Road, Rooftop - The employer did not provide fall protection for employee(s) performing roof replacement work, thereby exposing employees to an approximate twenty-five (25) foot fall to the ground below, on or about October 24, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
