29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(4): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members, shall be provided between the top rail of the stairrail system and the stairway steps:    25th St. & Benjamin, Norfolk, NE  68701 (Job-site): Employees were using temporary stairs that did not have a midrail on the rear of the tool truck to access the truck.     Abatement certification is required for this violation.  Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
