The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated    a) On or about 10/25/12, at the BJ's Tire Center, 4408 Milestrip Rd., Blasdell, NY: An employee was exposed to potential fall of approx. 11 ft. while in the elevated "basket" of a "Genie, Model Z- 34/22" aerial lift while spray painting the east  side of the building. The employee was not wearing a body belt/body harness with a lanyard, and was not tethered to the basket in any other way.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
