(a) Location 57 Brown Street Weston, MA, 02493 On or about 10/24/12, employees were not protected from falls greater than 6 feet while working on a roof Rowland Roofing & Cladding LLC was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 648219, Citation Number 01, Item number 2a, issued on 9/27/12, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/12 with respect to a workplace located at 571 John Fitch Hwy Fitchburg, MA, 01420 Date by which violation must be abated: Immediately upon receipt of this citation. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), the employer must provide documentation that this violation has been abated within 10 calendar days after receiving the citation.
