29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):     Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity:    a) 1 Brace Rd., Cherry Hill:  The employer did not ensure that the scaffold components were inspected for visible defects and as such, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a scaffold surface that was composed of deck boards with full depth and length cracking.  Observed on or about 10/25/2012.    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
