29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): As a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure; On or about October 24, 2012, the employer did not ensure that flex cords were not used as a substitute for pemanant wiring; exposing employees to electrical hazard. Flex cords were use to supply power to a heater, light switch in the mixing room, and power strip secured to the wall.
