29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guards on machine were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: At the time of the inspection, the plexi side plates protecting the horizontal ram were not affixed to the machine. Employees could remove the guards while the machine was operating causing a point of operating caught in hazard.
