David Lewis Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313875056, citation 01, item number 002, issued on March 8, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 214 Argonaut Street, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. The final order date was March 29, 2010.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about October 29, 2012, on a 6:12 pitch roof, 9 employees performing roofing operations were not protected from an 8 feet 6-inch fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or any alternative fall protection.
