29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer's piping and instrument diagrams were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process. (a) On or about 11/9/12 - at the Morris Chillers on the roof, the P&ID (Drawing No. PSM 23, Morrise Chiller) for chillers with a revision date of R4 8/16/11 was not accurate in that the Morris chiller identified as Rechiller 1 on the equipment was identified as RWC-4 (ME-15) on the drawing and as RWC-1A on the Refrigeration Department's red line drawing. (b) On or about 11/9/12 - at the Morris Chillers on the roof, the P&ID (Drawing No. PSM 23, Morrise Chiller) for chillers with a revision date of R4 8/16/11 was not accurate in that the Morris chiller identified as Rechiller 2 on the equipment was identified as RWC-3 (ME-14) on the drawing and as RWC-2A on the Refrigeration Department's red line drawing.

(b) On or about 10/25/12 - in the Vilter room, water was on the floor near the pumps for recirculator REC 2. The employer, Pilgrim's Pride Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311948582, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/1/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 E. Lakeshore Drive, Waco, TX.
