29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: (a) On or about 10/26/12, at the VA Women's Residential Program Building, located on 222 Richmond Avenue, in Batavia, New York, a receptacle at the temporary electrical panel did not have a face plate installed to guard against accidental contact with energized wiring. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
