JWH Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313064198, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-27-2009, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Great Rd, Stow MA.

JWH Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313064198, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-27-2009, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Great Rd, Stow MA.
