29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstructions across or in aisles that would create a hazard. Bldg. 601, Exchange Warehouse area: On or about 23 October 2012 and times prior thereto, aisle ways were obstructed. This exposed employees to delays in existing the building causing smoke inhalation and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i) Bdg 601, AAFES Freezer: On or about 23 October 2012 and times prior thereto, the Freezer room had live 120 volt wires exposed to employees. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
