29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site were not made by competent persons designated by the employer: Bear Claw Construction Management LLC allows workers to be exposed to hazardous conditions created by not conducting frequent or regular inspections. The most recent occurrence was at 1891 McKelvey Hill Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 where they failed to make frequent or regular inspections of the worksite to ensure all workers were in compliance with company safety and health policies and OSHA standards. The workers were exposed to an approximate 24 foot fall hazard as they worked on the roof without the use of an adequate fall protection system and/or fall arrest system. In addition, a worker was exposed to a struck-by hazard as he operated a pneumatic nail gun to secure roofing materials to the roof deck without donning the necessary eye protection.
