BENJAMIN LOPEZ FRAMING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WERE CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313721474, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 4, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12062 S MAJESTIC PINE WAY, PARKER,CO. 80134, AND OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312136252, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2a, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 24, 2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 28489 E DRY CREEK, AURORA, CO, 80016.
