29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:    a)    Employees were working from a scaffold plank that was in use on a ladder jack for a roof job at 3839 Red Oak Drive, Suamico, WI. The height from the ground varied from 12' on the north end to 10' on the south end. Employees were not tied off when working from the part that was above 10'.
