Employees were using the Genie Aerial Lift to gain access to the roof and were not wearing fall protection. STUEVE CONSTRUCTION CO. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311608459 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 02 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 19, 2009 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 125 BALES RD. KENTON, OHIO 43326.
