29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) East side of commercial building: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 12 feet as an employee was observed standing on the boom, mid-rail, and outside of the JLG aerial lift basket to install synthetic stucco on the exterior surface of the building. Stucco Bell International & Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 453(b)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312775026, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/24/09, with respect to a workplace located at 705 Town Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30319
