The most recent example of this was found throughout the job site located at 106 S. 15th Street, Omaha, NE 68102 where the employer has employees framing interior walls throughout the facility and while working on the eighth floor were exposed to large piles of debris creating a tripping hazard as they moved throughout the work area.
